"Other schools should emulate this place. My children are better learners, better leaders and better people because of their years spent at RJA."

Welcome to The Saul Mirowitz Day School -
Reform Jewish Academy
The Saul Mirowitz Day School—Reform Jewish Academy is a Reform Jewish day school for children kindergarten through fifth grade. We offer a fully integrated general and Jewish studies curriculum that stimulates young minds, inspiring students to become independent thinkers, creative learners, and proud, knowledgeable and compassionate Jews.
Imagine the possibilities for your child…
- a learning community that prepares students to excel in the most demanding academic environments, and inspires them to become creators, innovators, leaders and life-long learners.
- a student body of humanitarians, philanthropists and environmentally conscious children who know they have the power to repair the world.
- teachers who celebrate each student’s strengths, interests and uniqueness…who customize learning experiences so that each child is challenged to his or her potential.
- a curriculum that reinforces your values…that teaches honesty and kindness, compassion and responsibility.
- a class project about the prairie that also teaches children about their sacred obligation to safeguard the Earth’s ecosystem.
- a culture that blends the best of our American heritage and the richness of Jewish tradition, that teaches students to pray and say the Pledge of Allegiance with equal intention.
- a lesson about the Jewish exodus from Egypt that includes a visit with modern-day refugees allowing students to fulfill the sacred work of welcoming the stranger.
- a first-grader who reads Hebrew, a third grader who speaks Hebrew, a fifth grader who returns from RJA Hebrew Camp with the confidence to communicate entirely in Hebrew.
Families whose children attend The Saul Mirowitz Day School—Reform Jewish Academy want it all: an education that combines academic excellence, social responsibility and meaningful Jewish learning. And they have it!
You can, too!
