“Though they are still young, the students at RJA already have shown the capacity and desire to accept responsibility to make the world a better place. We are thrilled to include the school among our philanthropic priorities.”
—Ellen and Jack Deutsch

annual appeal
Our Annual Appeal is the primary vehicle for financially sustaining the daily programs and operations at RJA.
After all, tuition and the funding received from Jewish Federation of St. Louis do not cover all of our costs. Virtually all independent schools depend on community support from current and alumni parents, grandparents and friends in the community — and RJA is no exception.
Donors who contribute $1,000 or more to our Annual Appeal are recognized as members of the school’s Carob Society — named to remind us of the Talmudic tale of an old man who plants a carob tree for his children and grandchildren, knowing that he himself will not live to enjoy its fruits. Like the hero of that story, the extraordinary philanthropic commitments of our Carob donors seed a vibrant, confident, compassionate Jewish tomorrow.
You may pledge your gift immediately, and payment can be made anytime prior to August 31 by check, credit card or a monthly installment plan. Unlike tuition payments, Annual Appeal gifts are tax deductible.
